What warehouse managers ask first.

Do we have to empty the warehouse?

No. We coat in phases, aisle by aisle or bay by bay. Racking stays loaded outside the active section, and traffic lanes reopen as sections cure. Most installs run nights and weekends around your shifts.

How soon can forklifts drive on the new floor?

Foot traffic typically comes back first, wheel traffic after full cure, and the timing depends on the system and site conditions. A polyaspartic topcoat shortens the window when the schedule is tight. You get the return-to-service times in writing before we start.

Do you do line striping and safety marking?

Yes. Aisle lines, pedestrian walkways, dock zones, and hazard marking go down as part of the floor system, sealed under the topcoat instead of painted on top to wear away.
