How far we go for a commercial floor.

Our family flooring trade started in 1964 with terrazzo on Navy ship decks. Today we install epoxy in warehouses, plants, kitchens, and labs across the region. Diamond grinding and non-slip texture come with every commercial floor, and we can work nights, weekends, or in sections.

Straight answers

Commercial floor questions, answered.

Who installs commercial epoxy floors near Philadelphia?
Liberty Epoxy Philadelphia installs commercial floors across the city, its suburbs, and South Jersey. Our third-generation family crew coats warehouses, plants, kitchens, breweries, and labs. We also install ESD floors and offer night and weekend work.
How far from Philadelphia will you travel for a commercial job?
We serve Philadelphia, its suburbs, and South Jersey down to Atlantic City. For a facility outside that area, send the address and square footage. We reply the same day and can discuss the project with you.
Which system suits a warehouse or plant floor?
Solid color epoxy suits many dry warehouse and production areas, with quartz where a thicker floor is needed. We use urethane cement in suitable wet or cold rooms and grounded ESD systems for sensitive electronics work.
Can you install a commercial floor without shutting us down?
In many buildings, yes. We can work at night, on weekends, or in sections while other areas remain in use. Tell us your shifts and unavailable dates. We agree on return-to-service times in writing before starting.
Do you do ESD or anti-static flooring, and where?
Yes. We install grounded static dissipative floors for electronics, robotics, and labs. The system includes copper grounding tape, a conductive primer, and a static dissipative topcoat. We select it for your specification, and your team verifies it with its own meter.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance and references for a commercial job?
Yes. We provide a certificate of insurance and commercial references on request. Bonding is available for larger projects. Send your vendor requirements so we can review the paperwork before the walkthrough.
What does a commercial epoxy floor cost per square foot?
We price each floor after a walkthrough. The square footage, concrete condition, and coating system determine the estimate. You receive one written price covering preparation, materials, labor, and the warranty.
