Straight answers
Commercial floors in Northeast Philadelphia, in plain terms.
Do we have to empty our Northeast Philly warehouse to get the floor coated?
Usually not. We can work aisle by aisle or bay by bay, and racking outside the work area stays loaded. We plan access and reopening times with your shift lead.
The old paint on our plant floor is peeling. Can you coat over it?
No. We remove peeling paint before applying a new coating. We diamond grind down to clean concrete, repair damaged areas, and apply the new system to the prepared surface.
How soon can forklifts drive on a new epoxy floor?
Foot traffic comes back first, and wheel traffic after full cure. The exact hours depend on the system and the temperature in the building. You get those hours on your quote, and we phase the work so a section stays open to trucks.
Do you do safety striping and aisle lines in a Northeast Philadelphia warehouse?
Yes. We include aisle lines, pedestrian walkways, dock zones, bay numbers, and hazard markings in the floor system and seal them beneath the clear topcoat. We agree on the layout before installation.
