Who does epoxy garage floors at the Jersey Shore?

Can you coat the garage under a raised shore house?
Yes, if the floor is suitable concrete. We diamond grind, repair, and coat it while keeping the flood vents clear. Enclosures under raised houses are for parking, access, and storage only. A coating does not make the space floodproof.
Will salt air and sand wreck an epoxy floor at the shore?
No. Salt and sand sit on the coated floor and sweep or rinse off. Sand can scuff the finish over time, and flake helps hide that wear.
I am only at the shore in summer. How does the job get scheduled?
We can work in the off season while you are away. We agree on access, preparation, and dates before starting. Most garages take two days on site, followed by cure time. We send photos when the work is finished.
What floor works in a shore rental that turns over every week?
A flake finish with a clear topcoat suits many rental garages. It helps conceal scuffs and sand and can be swept or rinsed clean. We can add non-slip texture on request at no extra cost.
Should a shore garage get polyaspartic or epoxy?
Epoxy, for most of them. Our standard garage floor is 100% solids epoxy over diamond-ground concrete, in flake, solid color, or metallic. We use polyaspartic where the job calls for it, and we'll tell you at the walkthrough if your floor is one of those.
How long does a shore garage floor take, and when can I park on it?
Two days on site for most one-car and two-car garages and ground floors. You can walk on it in about a day and park in about three, with full cure in about a week. Cold slows the cure, so a winter date gets its exact times confirmed on install day.
What does an epoxy floor cost at the Jersey Shore?
We price each floor after a walkthrough, based on square footage, concrete condition, and your chosen finish. You receive one written price covering preparation, materials, labor, and the one-year warranty. Send your town and approximate size to get started.
