We were a commercial crew before we were anything else.
The family trade started on Navy ship decks in 1964. Since then the crew has coated commercial kitchens, fitness centers, auto dealerships, theme parks, and large manufacturing floors. Residential came later; commercial is the root.

Everything below is a system, the chemistry we pour. A kitchen usually gets urethane cement, a rack aisle solid color, and we match yours the same way once we walk it.
Solid Color
The two-coat workhorse: 100% solids epoxy over prepped concrete, one flat color wall to wall. Add a quartz broadcast to build it thicker where forklifts turn and pallets drop.

High-Build Quartz
Two full passes of quartz build our thickest floor. It usually goes in wash bays, locker rooms and plants where the floor takes a beating and still has to scrub clean.

Urethane Cement
Food and beverage floors that shrug off hot washdowns and thermal shock. Kitchens, breweries, freezers, processing lines.

Self-Leveling Underlayment
A thick pour that turns a rough slab into a smooth surface. It goes down on its own where the concrete demands it, and underneath our own epoxy when you want the finished floor near perfect.

Flake Epoxy
The same chip blends as our residential garage floors, poured at a commercial build. Flake hides scuffs and dirt in restrooms and back halls, and the topcoat takes the traffic.

We spec off what the room does all day. A kitchen runs hot and wet, a rack aisle runs heavy. Below is what each place usually gets, and any of our systems can go in any of these rooms.
Not every room on this list has a photo, and some never will. The family crew coats schools, gyms and locker rooms several times a year, and YMCA-style natatoriums and indoor pool rooms about every other year. The rest of the list runs to dealership showrooms and service bays, federal and municipal work including a Navy yard, an Army installation, a Federal Reserve building, a national museum, correctional facilities and municipal buildings, and a decontamination enclosure at a nuclear power station. We do not name clients, so those rooms stay a line of text here rather than a picture. The one below is the exception, because it is the only room on that list we have our own photographs of.
Striping, logos, and custom color.
Custom epoxy striping goes down as part of the floor rather than painted on after, so traffic and scrubbers do not lift it. Safety lines, walkways, aisle markings and bay numbers get laid out to your plan. Custom logos and custom colors are poured the same way.
