Liberty Epoxy Philadelphia is a trade name of Philadelphia Epoxy Flooring LLC.

What we collect

When you fill out a quote form on this site, you send us your name, email, project details like square footage and zip code, and, if you choose to add them, your phone number, address, timeline, notes, and photos of your floor.

What we do with it

We use what you send us for one thing: preparing your quote and contacting you about it. Photos are used only to understand and price your floor. We do not sell your information, share it with marketers, or add you to mailing lists.

How it travels

Form submissions are delivered to our project inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. If you use the floor visualizer, the photo you add is sent to fal.ai, an outside image service that finds the floor in your picture for us. Your photo travels inside that request and the answer comes straight back, so we do not store it there. If that service is unavailable, the detection runs on our own server instead. A copy of your photo may be delivered to our project inbox, where our team may review it to improve the visualizer and to help prepare your quote if you request one. We never sell your photo.

Advertising measurement

We use Google Ads conversion tracking, which sets a cookie to tell us when a visit from one of our ads leads to a quote request. It measures our advertising; it does not give us your identity.

Site usage measurement

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site: what gets read, what gets tapped, and where pages get confusing. Clarity may replay anonymized browsing sessions and it masks the text you type by default. We use it to make the site easier to use, not to identify you. You can read Microsoft's own privacy statement at privacy.microsoft.com.

We also use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It shows us totals and trends, not names. You can read how Google handles this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can block it with Google's opt-out browser add-on if you prefer.

Visit records on this site

Our site keeps its own short record of the pages you view here and when you viewed them. We keep that record in our website's database service, and we do not share it with advertisers or sell it. Each page view is kept for up to 90 days. If you send a quote form, we link that record to your request so we can answer with the right information for the floor you were reading about. Our confirmation email includes a progress image; when a mail app loads that image, we note it, and some mail apps load images on their own without you opening the email. To have these records deleted, email projects@libertyepoxy.com.

Your choices

Want your info deleted after a quote? Email projects@libertyepoxy.com or call (267) 225-3989 and we'll remove it.
