Liberty Epoxy Philadelphia is a trade name of Philadelphia Epoxy Flooring LLC.
What we collect
When you fill out a quote form on this site, you send us your name, email, project details like square footage and zip code, and, if you choose to add them, your phone number, address, timeline, notes, and photos of your floor.
What we do with it
We use what you send us for one thing: preparing your quote and contacting you about it. Photos are used only to understand and price your floor. We do not sell your information, share it with marketers, or add you to mailing lists.
How it travels
Form submissions are delivered to our project inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. If you use the floor visualizer, the photo you add may be processed briefly on our own server to find the floor in the image, and a copy may be delivered to our project inbox, where our team may review it to improve the visualizer and to help prepare your quote if you request one. Visualizer photos are never sold or shared with anyone outside Liberty Epoxy.
Advertising measurement
We use Google Ads conversion tracking, which sets a cookie to tell us when a visit from one of our ads leads to a quote request. It measures our advertising; it does not give us your identity.
Site usage measurement
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site: what gets read, what gets tapped, and where pages get confusing. Clarity may replay anonymized browsing sessions and it masks the text you type by default. We use it to make the site easier to use, not to identify you. You can read Microsoft's own privacy statement at privacy.microsoft.com.
We also use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It shows us totals and trends, not names. You can read how Google handles this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can block it with Google's opt-out browser add-on if you prefer.
