Commercial epoxy flooring in Philadelphia, millions of square feet by one family.
Warehouses, commercial kitchens, food and beverage plants, showrooms, and production floors across greater Philadelphia. Most of this work runs at night, on weekends, or in phases, so the operation never closes for the floor. Three generations of one family have run these installs since 1964.

The right system for the facility.
Every floor below is our own work. Tell us what the space does all day and we spec the chemistry to match: washdowns, forklifts, static control, or a fast turnaround.
Solid Color
The two-coat workhorse: 100% solids epoxy over prepped concrete, one flat color wall to wall. Add a quartz broadcast to build it thicker where forklifts turn and pallets drop.
Solid color epoxy
High-Build Quartz
Two full passes of quartz build our thickest floor. It usually goes in wash bays, locker rooms and plants where the floor takes a beating and still has to scrub clean.
Quartz epoxy
Urethane Cement
Food and beverage floors that shrug off hot washdowns and thermal shock. Kitchens, breweries, freezers, processing lines.

ESD & Anti-Static
Static-dissipative systems for electronics, labs, and clean assembly, built to the spec your engineers hand us.
ESD flooring
Self-Leveling Underlayment
A thick pour that turns a rough slab into a smooth surface. It goes down on its own where the concrete demands it, and underneath our own epoxy when you want the finished floor near perfect.
Self-leveling underlayment
Polyaspartic
For sunlit and exterior concrete, where a straight epoxy floor would amber. It cures fast too, when the schedule is tight.
Polyaspartic
Flake Epoxy
The same chip blends as our residential garage floors, poured at a commercial build. Flake hides scuffs and dirt in restrooms and back halls, and the topcoat takes the traffic.

Metallic Epoxy
Poured metallic finishes for showrooms, retail, and offices. The floor customers remember.
Metallic epoxyWe also serve commercial kitchens, warehouse floors, hangars, schools, dealerships and boiler rooms. See the buildings these systems go in. We also do custom epoxy striping, safety lines and logos on any of these floors.
We schedule around your operation, never the other way.
Tell us your hours and your deadlines. The crew builds the install plan backward from the day you need the floor in service.
- Night, weekend, and holiday windows, so the work happens when the building is empty.
- Phased installs by section, so production lines and traffic lanes keep moving.
- One written estimate after a walkthrough. No discovery fees mid-job.
- COI provided on request. Bonding available for larger projects. References available.
- Spec matching: send the architect's or inspector's requirements and we build the system to them.
