Static dissipative floors for robotics and electronics.
We diamond grind the concrete, install copper tape tied to the building’s ground, and finish with a conductive primer and a static dissipative topcoat. Our third-generation family crew can work nights, weekends, or one section at a time, and your team checks each section before it goes back into use.

Straight answers
ESD flooring for robotics and electronics shops, in plain terms.
Does an ESD epoxy floor work with AGVs and wheeled robot carts?
Yes, with a system suited to the equipment. The wheels have to conduct charge to the floor, so we review your equipment specs and traffic before we set the coating thickness and plan the work.
How does the floor actually get grounded?
We tie copper grounding tape into the building’s ground and cover it with a conductive primer and a static dissipative topcoat. We go over the connection points with you and pick the system for your required resistance range.
Can you install ESD flooring without stopping our production line?
In many plants, yes. We coat one section at a time and can work nights or weekends. We plan the grounding connections for each section so your team can verify it before it goes back into use.
Which ESD floor is right for a battery room or a server room?
We select a grounded static dissipative system for the room's specification. We plan the copper tape around benches, racks, equipment rows, and cart routes, with the topcoat chosen for your required resistance range.
