For the warehouses and docks along Street Road and Route 1, we start by diamond grinding the concrete and repairing damaged areas. Then we install 100% solids epoxy, with the thickness set for your equipment and traffic. Night and weekend work is available.

Straight answers
Commercial floors in Bensalem, in plain terms.
Can you coat a Bensalem warehouse floor while we keep operating?
In many buildings, yes. We coat one aisle or loading bay at a time while the rest stays in use. We agree on access and cure times with you, and we can work nights and weekends.
How thick should an epoxy floor be for forklifts in Trevose?
It depends on your forklift tires and traffic. Forklift areas get thicker 100% solids epoxy, with quartz or urethane cement where needed. Your quote states the system and thickness.
Our dock edges are chipped and the joints are breaking up. Is that fixable before coating?
Yes. We repair chipped edges, damaged joints, and divots before coating, then sand the repairs level with the floor around them. Joints built to move stay open. The repairs are part of the written estimate.
Do you work with property managers and provide a COI for a Bucks County building?
Yes. We provide a certificate of insurance on request, and larger projects can be bonded. Before we start, we work out access, dumpster placement, and working hours with the property manager.
