Will beach sand scratch up an epoxy floor in a Lavallette garage?

A little, over time. A coated floor with a clear topcoat wears far better than paint or bare concrete, and a flake blend hides the fine scratches that do happen. Sand sits on top of the sealed floor and sweeps or rinses off.

I only use my Seaside Park house in summer. Can you do the floor while I'm not there?

Yes, and the off season is the easy time for it. We need about two days for a one-car or two-car space and about three more before a car goes back in. We go over the floor and the quote with you before any work starts.

Should I use polyaspartic instead of epoxy under my raised house in Seaside Heights?

Most floors here get epoxy. Our standard floor is 100% solids epoxy over diamond-ground concrete, and we use polyaspartic where the job calls for it. We'll look at the space and tell you which one we'd install.
