The builder just poured a new garage floor for my house in Belmar. How soon can it be coated?

Once it has cured. A new floor is the easiest to coat well because there's little to patch, but we still diamond grind it so the epoxy bonds into the concrete. Ask early and we'll plan around the pour.

Can you do the ground floor of my raised house near the Belmar beach?

Yes. We diamond grind the concrete, make needed repairs, and coat around the flood vents without blocking them. The coating does not make the space floodproof. Enclosures under raised houses are for parking, access, and storage only.
